AMG Styling III 18" & 19" is what my cars wears in the photos below. The grey 19" are available for sale as a complete set with tyres.

Sorry to rake this up, but do those rear tyres rub? I presume these are R230 wheels with 285 rear tyres?

These alloys are an option for the W211 E55 and came with 265x35x18 tyres as stock.
That set up along with 245x40x18 tyres on the front will fit your E220 if you are thinking about it.

These are the OE alloys which I'd look for a set on fleabay with matching Part#'s
