w211 injectior misfire WTF!!!

Hi all.My E270 cdi 2003 has some problems. First it has 2 cylinders misfire (2, 4).One injector has chuf chuf noise.
What does these cause??

Chuff Chuff noise is "Iva De Engine" ( Best Welsh accent) lurking under your bonnet..seriously, though the sound you describe is the seals on the injectors passing, usually accompanied by black carbon deposit around and above the injector.. Its time to re seal them, meaning removing them and applying new washers.. here's what it looks like on a Vito..
