W211 Xenons - Headlights always fogging up.

I've found the headlights on my W211 fog up almost every year even though I get them cut back and polished back to transparent. Very annoying - is there a coating one can apply to prevent this? It makes a huge difference out in the countryside here during the winter.

put some UV protected laquir? Some lens polish kits has it included.
