W212 E Class Facelift - does anyone know of how to replace dip beam bulb or do i need a complete headlight

Hi, I've been told i need to replace the entire headlight on my 2013 W212 facelift car for dip bulb failure - that's a bit crazy so just checking if anyone knows if that is correct or is there a way to get to the bulb and replace?

Surprised that there does not seem to be anyone offering aftermarket repair on these.....maybe there is.

RealOEM shows it as being a D1S HID bulb; if this is the case you definitely don't need to replace the whole unit.
