How does a private plate mean its not a company car

Directors car?

So am I being too fussy? 3 previous owners and private plates would suggest that it hasn't been a company car all of it's life.
Nope - I think that it's your money and you should only spend it when you are TOTALLY happy - as I said, more and more around, no real need to rush.:)

Wasn't the cluster issue a national recall? Might be wrong but my 03 SLK320 had it replaced at 7000 miles and I seem to remember some mention of a recall. Vis a vis the servicing history, couldn't you call the stealers? I does look like a nice car.

I spoke to S.G Cardiff who verified their services but it has missed one between 11k and 36k miles - something the seller is lying about.

Don't know but I have had the problem (twice) and last time my car went in for work (before instrument cluster issues) they did some recall adjustment without needed to ask (or charge!) me to get the car up to date with all recalls - would have thought they'd have done the instrument cluster at the same time if that was the case.

Reading between the lines here admittedly.:)

Ended at £18,600 with the reserve not met. Has been relisted with higher mileage and now £15,700 worth of options as opposed to £12k. Faults still not listed, nor is the fact is hasn't got a FMBSH.
