W219 CLS 2008 seat control button covers

Wanting some chrome seat control buttons for my 2008 W219 CLS, can only seem to find ones for w211, the switch panel looks exactly the same but uk ebay says w211 will not fit, american e bay says they fit w219 & w211, wonder if anyone can shed any light, tried to check part numbers of seat switch panel to see if they are the same but cant even find the panel !

I am pretty sure they are the same , this listing shows a W219 seat switch with a W211 part number.

Anyone know where I can get replacement chrome buttons for the contour seat (i.e. the pneumatic controls)? - I've lost one after some vigorous cleaning following my wife spilling milkshake across the inside of our car.

You can get this from the main dealer for a couple of quid.

I would dab a little glue on them as they always drop off.
