W221 07 - latest telematics?

I installed the latest (April 2011) map software this week.

Great.

But I see people talking about ETA on screen and birds eye view...
SO - I ask my local indy today and he says I can't have this on the car...

I would like

• full postcode search
• birds eye view
• ETA on screen

Basically - the latest update
AM I right in thinking this is available on S320 CDI 07?

Bird's eye view and ETA as an option instead of geo-coordinates would be available for your car if your dealer took care of the Telematics update as you seemed to be assuming. I don't know about the UK full post code with the 2011 maps (it works elsewhere, we have a shorter postcode).

Once again, Richard or Alfie will be able to answer your ? I have a Jan 2008 221 and have ETA+Birds Eye.

ETA and birds eye you can get but not full 7 digit post code search.

Your indy wont get the telematics update sent to him from MB unless they have a genuine STAR system.
