CLS55 AMG IWC
Ideally looking for the following:

Around 60k mileage
Black preferably, but not mandatory
Parktronic
Some other nice options always good (cooling seats would be nice!)
Good service history

I have a C55 to get rid of, but trade-in isn't mandatory, just putting it out there :)

I'm near London, so it would have to be a damn fine beast to visit the Shetlands for it!! :fail
 
Liking that silver one, low miles, looks in nice condition and well priced.

I would have the silver one myself - I think these cars really suit silver , even though "black" Is the preferred colour

I just put a deposit in a grey one - can't wait until next Friday !!!
 
Yeah, one is quite close (silver). Will try and see it soon.

Good luck on Friday! That one caught my eye (great colour!), but just too awkward to get to being in Belfast ..
 
Hi,
Something to be aware of when looking for a CLS 55 there were manufactured/registered, straddling across the cut off date of the £500 a year tax.
To guarantee the cheaper tax get an 05 or 55 plated car.
 
Can we have some photos of your C55 and some details about it? please :)

Yup .. as follows:

Up to 23 March 2006 - £295 tax
After - £515 tax

It's a bit of a change! :doh:

Sure .. these are old photos though .. I'll need to get it properly clean for sale! Also, it has a damaged front bumper currently (split from under from hooking on a kerb in reverse). Am trying to get around to fixing it, but will drop a chunk off the price to sell as is.

nice colour |(rare) and you also have the digital dual climate control (also rare)

when you do step up to a cls 55 , it'll be interesting to hear your accounts of the differences with the addition of the kompressor
 
Yes, it's cubanite silver .. nice colour change depending on ambient light.

Along with cleaning it, I need to put together a proper add for it too :) But in summary, ~95k miles and all servicing either MB originally or Olly @ PCS while with me for last 5 years. Just had new rear pads, discs & calliper replaced and over the years all of the standard niggles sorted out. Receipts available for all work.

Mileage is nothing to worry about in these - ESP if it's had Olly's treatment
 
Holidays over and done with, so a good BUMP on this thread in case anyone is thinking of parting with one :)
