Wanted S200 air arms rifle

What's so bad about AOL? I've had it for 10 years plus, from dial up to ISDN to BB, it has rarely let me down.
Ive been with aol about 7 years, and this is the first time Ive heard that I will be frowned upon for having a specific ISP

I recognise the cut down version you refer to, I had it as Compuserve which was my first "isp"

As far as the AOL browser is concerned I don't use it other than for email.

As far as support is concerned I haven't had to use it very much as I've had few problems, when I have, it's been Indian or Irish technies who know their stuff.

As far as I'm concerned an ISP is just a connection and mine works, my only concern is being locked in as there are cheaper deals about. To that end I've bought myself a domain and will, eventually, change if AOL won't cut their prices.

Don't see what the fuss is about really.

Nor me mate i often hear people slagging it off and i have also been with them for a long time but i get really good speeds for my area and have very few problems with it

I also only use the software for email , nobody in their right minds uses their browser

I've also been with aol for years - originally because their dial-up was a cheap deal.

More recently moved to their broadband, and now I use IE rather than their (slightly odd) browser.

Seems to work ok....

As Spinal has referenced, AOL users get different treatment from not only other users but also relays and web servers.

When I ran a number of offline shops one of the filter rules was the registrants email address. If it was an AOL address the order used to be given much closer scrutiny (for good reason) than say a btinternet address.

A**hole Online Literally
A**holes Oddballs And Lunatics

Awful On Line

Just a few of the common meanings for the acronym.

Nonsense. I tried just about every ISP around before settling on AOL years ago. I found and still find it absolutely fine. I've used their customer service twice: it was free, quick and it worked.

I use IE for browsing but that too gets a caning from the 1337 crowd, along with Windows, Norton, Dell, et al. If you use a computer, remember it's not done to use mainsteam products ;)

Get Linux and the rest, along with a big pair of specs, sit there night and day downloading warez and and see if you can hack the government :p

i have a feeling the OP has searched for S200 or S500 etc etc and google has given this forum, he then registered asking for an S200.

Makes sense to me :D

Maybe he thinks MBClub stands for "Murdering Barstuards Club" so thats why he wants a gun ;)
