washer bottle leaking c220 cdi

hi all, my washer bottle is burst or leaking, is there any way of fixing this ?
any idea how much this job would be if i put it in the garage to be replaced ?

Is it deffinately the bottle?

Have you seen the hole?

This happened to mine, fluid just pouring onto floor, removed wheel and wheelarch liner, and found the bottom tube to the pump had fallen off, just reconected and tested it, been good for nearly a year now.

Well worth a look see.

If it turns out to be the bottle itself, then maybe some fibreglass matting, or a hot knife would work in the short term?

no i haven't seen the hole, this happened just before Xmas, i think this happened while the bottle was frozen ,
but i will check the hose thanks for your help....

I always fill mine with at least 50% washer fluid (even in the summer) so that freezing shouldn't be an issue, and it also keeps your car free from legionella.

also, check the grommits that sits between pumps and resevoir. common source of leak and cheap part, 89pence!!
