My 2012 C250 estate has developed a leak into the Near Side Rear passenger footwell.
It's just this one footwell, the Off Side Rear and both front footwells are completely dry.
I've checked the obvious places like door and window seals and can't find any water tracking in.
It does have a sunroof but I again there are no clues how water would appear in just one rear footwell.
Any ideas where to check next would be very much appreciated.

Possibly a blocked rear ns sunroof drain causing rainwater to overflow into the footwell. Needs clearing as a start to investigation.

Thanks oldguy57. Can you point me to these drain tubes and how to unblock them ?
I'll have a google in the meantime.

Drain holes in the bottom of the doors blocked?...common occurrence.....then when it rains hard the bottom of the door fills up and overflows past the inner door card or trim into the footwell. Doors are designed to have a certain amount of the water flow through them....the lower outer window rubbers are not a water tight seal.

Maybe a trick everyone knows, but if you shake a bit of talcum powder about you can track the water ingress, but i wouldn't shake it the on carpet take it out first :thumb:

Is the rear wash working as it should. I had a similar problem and the pipe under the floor that feeds the rww was the fault

I think I might have fixed it.
The drain tubes were well and truly blocked at the outlets under the front wings. They are now running clear so it's a case of wait and see what happens after the next rains (shouldn't have to wait long....).
This is the YouTube video that gave the most clear instructions. In fact it was even easier than it looked as I didn't even need to remove the end-rubbers. I just gave them a good squeeze and rough-up with my fingers and the gunk came out.
