Then I most definitely would strip it all down and start again! The products they use wont hold in that 'new car feel' for long.
Degrease the whole car, give it a good wash, clay it then give it a good wipedown with ipa. Then buy yourself a good pre wax cleaner and good quality wax at your choice.
Or bring it to me and ill make it look awesome for 25,000 miles
But seriously when I do a new car protection detail this is what I do:
Wheels are cleaned using a non acidic wheel gel, agitated using various brushes and then rinsed.
Arches and tyres are degreased, agitated and rinsed.
Lower half of car is degreased.
Car is treated to a snow foam bath and left to dwell.
Shuts, gaps, grilles and vents are agitated using various brushes.
Car is treated for tar spots.
Car is then rinsed off.
Car is then washed using a PH neutral shampoo and the two bucket method.
Car is then treated to a full clay bar system for paint, glass and wheels.
Car is further treated for caustic compounds in the paint via a cleaner fluid.
Car is then rewashed using a PH neutral shampoo and the two bucket method.
Car is then dried using 70/30 towels and warm air blower to remove all water from shuts, gaps, grilles and vents.
Car is then given single stage correction to remove light marring and swirls to improve gloss depth and clarity.
Car then has glaze oils machined onto paint to improve glass and wet look.
Car is treated to a pre wax cleaner to help bonding of protection.
Car is then treated to a 7 stage protection sealant.
Wheels are also pre wax cleaned and two coats of high grade wheel wax.
Exterior plastics dressed and resealed.
Rubber seals are resealed to prevent wear.
Windows are polished inside and out.
Tyres are dressed to a matte finish.
Exhaust tips are polished and sealed.
All plastics are washed, treated and sealed in the interior.
All leather is shampooed and conditioned.
All upholstery is steam cleaned.
