100ish in a 65 zone deserves more than a pep talk and no sweets for week. What does he expect? Sympathy?

And I would give odds on that he carries on driving during the inevitable ban.

i agree. this forum has no place for idiots like this who even think about driving whilst banned.

I'm 18 and doing 100mph on a freeway without a license and on probation.

Verdict : The policeman is an idiot.

No wonder we have problems with society with people like that.

Gabzor - I'm in CA at the moment and driving a rental, the other evening I and 3 other cars were both doing 90 on the motorway/freeway.. we passed a cop on the side of the road who immediatly took off after us... he came up behind me with all lights going we had all dropped to 65-70... i moved over thinking he wanted me but he went to the front of the queue and pulled the 1st guy (actually a lady)...
So what i'm saying is you attracted attention to yourself as the roads were empty also possibly the cop was having a crap day, combine that with young guy, flash car and probation....... your screwed.....

I know someone who put diesel in his car by mistake, half a tank only, then filled up with petrol, he reckoned it had never went so well & the diesel had cleaned out his engine. Let us know if you find the same please?

Not normally, you'll need to retard the timing by about 5 degrees, which negates the saving made by the diesel.

If you remove the head gaskets, that will increase the compression ratio a little. If you file about quarter of an inch of the top of the engine blocks, that will raise it a bit more, which is better.

A couple of decent magnets round the fuel line will line up the energy atoms, which work better lined up.
