Well worth the trip

My e320 needed an A service and some minor things done. I had been ripped off by an indi in Hounslow and was struggling to find someone who I felt I could trust.

So it is with this in mind that I decided to call Ian Walker from this site. I booked my car in with him and made the 252 mile journey to see him. Not only did I get to meet Ian, but also met Trapper John. :bannana:I am here to say that I have never been treated so well by two individuals. My car was treated as though it belonged to Ian himself. The work was carried out to a very high standard and Ian reassured me that my car was in sound condition and worth me investing a little money and some quality time.

Trapper made me copious cups of delicious coffee and we all chatted about our fondness for all things Mercedes.
So it is with a big thank you to Ian , John and Ian’s team that I say it was well worth the round trip to find someone who cared as much about my car as I do.
I will gladly make the trip again for my next service and if anything needs doing.
The whole service even with the cost of fuel was over £100 cheaper than the indi who ripped me off.

Pleasure to meet you too Les. (My computer has been down hence my late reply) We may not agree on some stuff outside of Mercedes but it just shows how respecting each others views makes for excellent friendships.
