What battery? s211 2007

Guys

My battery is going to need replacing soon, its a little sluggish some mornings and when I checked it with a battery tester the other day it was showing its age.

The question is do I need to get anything special? the current one fitted is a moura 019int (900CCA) and I'm guessing this isnt what Mercedes would have fitted.

Whats everyone think, will any old 900CCA battery do? I'v heard of people having problems with non MB spec batteries

I would ask the main dealer. At times they can surprise with the price. Not as expensive as you may think. (Honest)

Yeah I got some stuff from the main dealer recently but if no special battery is needed I'm sure I can beat their price by a long shot

The Mercedes battery I bought for my last E55 from the dealer was £110.

I'm with spx on this one. However I also fitted a big silver Bosch s5 previously with no issues to my A8.
