hi guys I've been looking online and been given this info for the oil for my 2000 year merc. I'm just double checking before I buy some & a filter,Thanks in advance 
What grade Mobil 1 for cl500

Always used to be 0/40w but I understand older engines 5/40w is used. I have 100k miles and the latter was used in my service. As long as the oil meets or exceeds the MB spec it should be good.

Spec should be 229.3 or 229.5
