Over the past month, I have been sick of the sideskirts & bumper being in my shed while I save up to get them sprayed, so I thought i'd have a go at spraying the sideskirts myself. When I was doing this I decided to take off, sand down and respray the lighter blue & crome* side door rubbing strips, thus matching the car with the front Sport model bumper & making it look better IMO.

As you will also notice, I have now fitted the side skirts so the facelift look is complete. i will take some better pics soon for the gallery, these were from my phone in poor light.

If anyone has a pre-facelift w202, and needs help with the fitting of sideskirts, let me know :)

* I hate crome & want it off my car :)

Looks good mate - except for the scary guy in the reflection in the second photo !!! :D

Nice! :D

I still reckon you should have resprayed your car to match my old bumpers, Alexandrite green is a pretty rare colour you know, it would have looked good! ;)
