I do the odd spot of fishing in Skiathos harbour in October and then bit of gentle skiing in nothern Greece in January.

My other hobby is wishing I had a W202 AMG.

I thought this thread would be useful as I am just about to retire ....but I’m embarrassed because you all do so much when compared to me! Ah well..back to planning what I should be doing in retirement then.
Photography course (OU)
Film course (Exeter)
Buy a cheep trackday car?

Except cars and working on my classic car, I have a very fond interest in Model Railways (Märklin) and flying, both commercially and on FS9 on the PC. Love travelling!

Hmm, a bit of graffitti on the railway siding would make the whole thing a lot more realistic.

Try again - collecting dinky toys and military vehicles in particular.

I collect frequent flyer miles through flying, spending on credit cards or taking advantage of programme loopholes. This feeds my addiction to travel and means that I usually end up paying a lot less to fly in Business or First Class than those in economy.

I have been posting trip reports on Flyertalk so that in years to come I will be able to relive some of my trips. My latest report is about a London - Istanbul flight on a Turkish Airlines 777-300ER in First Class.

Hmmm - I had a long think about this and so many people here have much more interesting hobbies than me...

Sorry to be boring but I work a lot so don't have much time for many hobbies. I have two teenage sons and a gorgeous wife (22 years married this year) so spend my time trying to keep them in the life of luxury to which they are accustomed (yeah - right!!!).

Otherwise, rugby is my main passion - I don't play anymore (that would mean a certain divorce) - but have 2 debenture seats at Twickenham. Watching England has been really uncomfortable for the last few years...

Consequently one of my passions is drinking beer. And I've done a couple of wine tasting courses.

I play the piano to relax and I collect airmiles unintentionally because of the ridiculous amount of travelling I do with work. Oh and I collect Montblanc pens...

Biog over!

Mine seems to be trying to more money than the wife spends.

On a serious note, Shooting which includes both clay pigeons and hunting, Playing Guitars.

<---- Motorbike
Reading (50+ books) so far this year.
Voluntary work for the National Association for Disabled Riders (NABD)
Music, Blues and Opera mainly.
Limited walking when I can

Ah Montblanc pens. Yes I have a few.

Apart from that I do a bit of journalism for some local rags, the kids and I are always mending nitro RC cars, and I'm also a keen clay pigeon shooter. I also do track day photography for a buddy of mine who runs a company that organizes some great trips.

We are all keen walkers and live in the middle of nowhere so we are often exploring the countryside and enjoying the fresh air.

Apart from my love of all things automotive, I probably have too many interests really, but include: enjoying nature and wildlife, web design, classic cars, space exploration (sadly not actually doing it!!!), cycling, art, writing, travel (these days mostly to our summer home in Russia), and a love of animals. I also play percussion for a living!! That lot seems to keep me busy!!
