That was a nice car, wish I got that but I was able to use that ad along with list of issues found to get him to agree £1500!!! without history, but he will chase that up at a later date? So do I pull the trigger, if so any thing I should do considering the issues listed? Cheers

From what you have said I would look again for a different vehicle. There are too many niggles that might be rather expensive to fix so my advice for the little its worth is keep your cash and go elsewhere

Humm...I've been thinking the same, its just that I thought it may have been a bargain for a 80,000 miles 320 CE, albeit without history but the absence of old MOTs other than the 06 which did state 78,000 miles does make the story plausible regarding previous owner being an old timer and leaving it sat there for years?? Forgot to add that the rather nice wheels matching the paint work are Lorinser's! Thus I thought the wheels alone could fetch me a decent return if ineed I had to moive it on??​

something that does not look like a project and comes ready to roll is this one. It has been facelifted (in terms of headlights, bonnet, etc) and comes with a lot of kit.

Cheers for link lads, the project one's price definitely up my street in terms of colour combo but i'm not sure how much a re-spray would be as thats what I assume he means in regards to 'body work in need of tlc'? The second link looks gorgeous but now that I've spent more time looking and re-searching, I'm hoping to cap my budget to about £1600'sh, that silver one that went on eBay was lovely, I would have gone for that had I known, but I'm glad its gone to one of us
