what type cd changer do i need

hello everyone i have an 03 c class estste fitted with the command dx system and as you know you cant play cds unless you remove satnave disk{pain in the rear} i want to know what cd changer bracket and leads i need to buy so it works properley,as im not sure at all, many thanks , ps maybe you might have one forsale.

The new MB changers are mega money for what they are.

get an Ipod interface instead.

Pretty sure this is not the correct unit.
You want the MC3010 which fits in the glovebox.
There are a few other MC codes that will fit but I can't recall which ones.
Mine is definately a 3010.

Quite right Those mountings won't allow it to fit in the glovebox.

Just found an old thread with part numbers:

The CD changer you want for the Glovebox option is the MC 3010 part number A203 820 92 89.
You will need a fibre optic cable A203 540 34 08 about £22 and another wiring loom for the DB 2 wake-up signal which is A203 540 08 09 (please check, I think this is it from my notes) for about £17.
