Just enjoy the car. There are times when a noisy exhaust is rather fun.... 
At least the w4nker didn't put an Ebay AMG badge on the bootlid.
I had an SLK with a really, stupidly, antisocially noisy exhaust. That was fun sometimes too, but I kept the revs down around town.
