Wheel bearing???

Hi, Whats the set up for the front wheel bearings on my C Class coupe.
Fitted new genuine but need the set up for the lock nut??

Is it just tight until the plays gone?
Do I loctite the hex bolt?
What about the rear seal, just flush?
