Save yourself the money. Here is the plan:
"Place a complete BS advert on eBay and invite suckers to send you money to find out how to make a fortune. You then send them instructions to place S adverts on eBay inviting suckers to send you money...."
Still yesterday afternoon there was a thing on the radio about scams. Some idiot confessed to giving $9k in "administration fees" to some people he met whilst on holiday in Gambia so he could get a share of the $27m they wanted his help to remit via his UK bank account.
So these mugs do still exist!
