Not really apples to apples comparison, I could sell used sensors for a pound each (but I don't because it makes no sense installing those as they are too old). But there is a date printed on the sensors, if they are not too old, then a set of second hand sensors can be good deal.

I will ask my parts supplier, as mabye we could get them even cheaper new.

From experiance anyone trying to remove one from a wheel should buy a new valve kit or you will smash the sensor trying to get it off, and you need a new kit to re fit anyway

The sensor part for cars up to model year 805 are:
A000 822 33 06, 433 MHz parts (also on my W211, the US sensors are 315 MHz)

You would also need valves, there are different valve types depending on the wheel. I have A 001 401 27 13 valves but A 000 400 02 13 also exists (I understand that both actually fit on normal MB alloy wheels).

Edited: I see I was slow finding the valve parts. The link in post #2 also shows the valves but did not seem to mention the MB part number.
