Who can I go to in Essex/Suffolk for work on my Mercedes w126

Please can any one recommend any reputable garages that can work on my 126 500sec. need help with engine and box. I'm in Colchester so north essex, 10-20miles and I'm in Suffolk. Thanks in advance

I have been using him for the past couple of years. In fact, I spoke to him earlier this afternoon to book my E250 for an 'A' service in a couple of weeks time.

Excellent, very knowledgeable, and amiable person and charges extremely reasonable rates. Also spotlessly clean workshop - you could eat from the floor (says a lot ).

Hi bit late and maybe a bit far but bill schroder in southend is an ex MB tech (old school) he has 2 acres of space packed full of all the old mercs including SECs he's done some work on my w124 coupe.

If you search Google and type in w124 essex garages a post from this forum I think comes up with various good garages such as PMW chelmsford, Gem-tech etc
