Who's placed a C63/s order ??

Was going to trade mine in for the new C63 S coupe as the saloon looks awful at the back, then I saw videos of mapped m4's leaving the new c63s behind.

The saloon has definitely grown on me but at first the rear did look odd. I think the coupe looks fantastic though.

I wouldn't care about remapped M4s etc - if you are focused on times then definitely go for the M as it seems to beat the AMG with every iteration but even after owning a e92 M3 and still an e46 M3 owner - the AMG is the best "all round" car I have ever owned (imo).

Ordered in May and had several confirmations that it did indeed make the cut and still was coming with the 360 camera and black wheels - allegedly no issues with the spec. I have a chassis number and it was in the system as build date 14th August and all was on track then but seems to have gone pear-shaped since then....

PM me your chassis number. I'll look into it for you tomorrow

How does it do against a stock M4? How does a remapped M4 do against a remap C63? Kinda pointless comparing like you have.

I don't think Id take a M4 over a C63S if I was getting 2 of em lol.

That is pretty bad and after having mine for 2 years now MB are lacking in their gearboxs (needs a proper duel clutch) and also the weight. New M4 is at least 200kg less than new C63S!

I just think MB could have done better with new c63 as with the same gearbox even with updated softwear it will no doubt have the same problems as the old one and the car is still the same weight too. They have nailed the sound for a turbo car and the looks are ok but think ill be switching mine for an M4 this time round and hopefully the next gen c63 in years to come they will have a duel clutch and bring the weight down

Guess it really depends what you want the car for. A road car or road/track. As a road car I would take the C63, partly due to the V8 noise and sense of occasion.

Have you guys taken delivery of your C63S's yet??

Seems to be a crazy delay on anything with the 4.0TT engine atm ??

It really is quite disgraceful and is the reason why I jumped to the other side after being pi**ed about by Merc!

Scott - mine is "due any day now" at the dealer - I even have a registration number since yesterday - maybe foolishly but I am sort of hoping I can get it Saturday if it arrives today or tomorrow...One thing I actually like is that I have not seen a single new C63 on the roads yet - so I think due to the delays they are sorta exclusive

Heathrow way. There's a midnight blue around the corner from me. The orangey colour looks good in the flesh. There will be more locally than the W204....
