Nothing I don't really like about it actually.....just me being me
In fact, I reckon it's one of the best driving cars I've had - my previous BMW M6 (latest shape, Competition Pack variant) wouldn't see which way the E63 went on a bumpy country road. The body control is outstanding for such heavy car. It has a lovely feel about it, I love the MCT tranny and it's taxi-like credentials are kinda cool.
That said, the E63 is the first AMG (or even properly powerful car) I've had without an LSD and it is frustrating being one wheel drive some of the time
I bought it consciously knowing this but didn't realise how much I'd notice it :wall bash: Oh well!
Also, it's not as 'tight' as I expected it to be with a few more rattles and buzzes here and there than I'd expect on a 15 month / 11k car - other W212's I've been in haven't been like that so I suspect the London origins of it may mean it had a fairly hard time of it. I am very sensitive in this respect but this is where the ML had pretty much every car I've driven absolutely nailed - it had tremendous build quality.
None are biggies though; I just miss the ML63 hugely and I shouldn't have sold it. This is despite the ML being nowhere near as focused or dynamic, having an inferior transmission and much poorer throttle response - they're incomparable cars really, but I just miss it.
I actually bought the E63 to save some money whilst I'm building a house but I'm a resourceful chap so I'll sort something....it wasn't that urgent otherwise I'd have taken a deeper cut than going to an E63! Anyway, I'm not even getting another ML but I am getting it's coupe replacement
....but that isn't for this thread!
