will 19" AMG wheels fit my 2006 S320CDi

Can anyone tell me for sure if I can fit 19" AMG wheels to my 2006 S320Cdi? 8.5J & 9.5J

You have the link to the fitting chart above, just compare. If the ET of the wheels is higher than you need you can use spacers to fit them. If the ET of the wheels is already lower than you need then no they wont fit (unless the ET is only different by a couple of mm).

Your car is presumably a W221 S Class, so from the fitting chart above the correct sizes are:

Front: 19x8.5 ET43, tyres 255/40 R19

Rear: 19x9.5 ET43, tyres 275/40 R19

So the wheels & tyres you mention will probably not fit.

Yes, 19" wheels will fit the W221 S Class. However based upon the details and part no's posted by the original poster, the specific wheels he had in mind wouldn't.

As mentioned by Bill, the offset (ET) is very important.
