Will this guy get his money back....

I wonder why he wants to sell it after all the money he's spent? I think it looks tidy.

Number plate sums it up.

Accident then rebody? Otherwise what a waste of money!

looks very tidy to me

LOOKS TIDY BUT WHY BOTHER. I wonder like neilrr if its been rebodied after a "frontal" Although the seller says the parts used were all genuine merc he doesnt say they were "NEW" parts. The SL 600 and AMG badges say it all. its probably a HEINZ 57 variety car. Reminds me of a car dealer of my youth who was affectionately known locally as "cocoa bill" since cocoa tins were a major source of his body repair sheet metal.

Does remind me of the W210 conversions that were available for the W124. Very expensive to convert at the time but nobody wants them now.

I don't see the point. Besides which, the old shape is a beautiful car, IMO prettier than the new one.

RINGER? Is that a straight six in there?

its been rebodied to look like the new shape... horrible and finished off in the worst colour...

I don't think they've actually done a conversion for about 18 months. They're not very popular and they are clearing out the last two kits.

There are some pics of the actual work being done in the first download section http://www.vhtuning.be/pages/uk/persuk.htm
A lot of work involved by the looks of things.
