Window Rubbers

The driver's side window rubber on my coupe is a bit cracked. Is it easy to replace?

I had mine done on the coupe and wouldn't tackle it myself simply because I was worried about damaging the retaining strip, as that in itself is a more expensive replacement than the window rubber.
I was charged 30 minutes labour to fit both sides at the local body shop.

From memory the rubbers are about £80 each plus vat from the dealer.
