keep the tints, I understand the insurance implications but I have had dark windows on the front of all of my cars and never had any issues, just don't drive like a turd when you shouldnt and you will be fine, also another tip... If you drive along side police put the opposite window down and also open the cover for the sun roof... It lets a lot of light in and makes it look a lot lighter to the plod....
And yes before anyone says.... I do do this myself, ..... Arrest me! lol

I had an advisory (tint appears too dark on front windows) in 2014 and nothing mentioned this year.
