Windows XP Pro problem

I get the box without the tabs

It should be a tabbed dialogue box with iirc three tabs

I couldn't remember myself, but logged in now as an admin. there are actually five tabs:

• Applications
• Processes
• Performance
• Networking
• Users

look for windows defender or whatever it is now on Vista, it's an absolute pig of a resource hog, it's shagging up my PC when it runs a background scan, background my ar*e slows the machine to a crawl.
