Wing mirror cover
At Christmas a nice MB technician fitted my wing mirror glass. It took him around 2 mins - he simply pushed the unit toward the rear of the car and used a normal screwdriver to release a catch inside so he could slide the cover off. Looked dead easy.
Nope. Need to replace a mirror again and I can't see any catch. Anybody know and able to describe/provide a pic?
Easy when you know how isn't it?
Think I may have found the answer myself (I am assuming the principle for W210 is the same for all models)
