CLK55AMG. The car is new to me and I thought that this would be fixed when a new column switch was fitted but no. So...if I indicate - switch full on - it also gives me a wipe of the screen; if the wipers are on, indicating - switch full on again - causes them to stop until I turn off the indicator.
Just the three flashes from not fully switching the indicators is fine and causes no issues.
Sometimes the wipers come back after indicating but in a very erratic, not to say, lethargic fashion.
I'm going to contact my local MB dealer (as my indie has not cured the problem at all....) but I'm intrigued to know if this is a common problem or not.
