Netgear MP101

I've been using a Netgear MP101 for about 6 months. I recommend it if you've got a bit of patience. Sound quality is good (if, of course your MP3s are good).

The software is easy to set up but you should download the latest versions (client and server) from the Netgear website.

I bought mine on Amazon for about £95.
