Won't change up Hard Acceleration

The engine would rev on hard but it would not go forward to the power or engine revs. If you put your foot down slowy you could go full speed.

if its not the airmass meter get the gearbox checked out it could be in emergancy mode the electrics kit above yhe valve body give trouble ive replaced a few myself over the years in work do u have the fauls code il check them in work

I though I would give you guys a quick update.. My car is still being worked on with Ian (124 Works) who has found a missfire on cylinder 6.

Upto now he has tried spark plugs, coil pack, injector and checked the wiring loom to the ECU all have been confirmed good. So now the ECU is being sent to the ECU Doctor to see if there is a faulty circuit. So fingers crossed we will get somewhere soon

Was it a quality air flow sensor? as they can cause an individual cyl miss also what are the plug caps like? is it deff cyl 6 or the preceeding fired cyl.

Yes I believe it was a bosch MAF sensor that was used. As for deff cyl 6 I am not 100% if its 6 or the proceeding cyl, would I not have multiple misfires if that was the case?
