Worth a view?

Been looking for a new car for a little while, but very few ones that i've been interested in have come up. Not fixed on a particular model, though mainly looking for a 500SL or CLK55, though wouldn't turn down a decent SEC.

Seen this SL advertised, just after the opinions of the informed on here. Is there anything obviuos out of place? One issue is that it doesn't have heated seats. Don't mind a non-original exhaust as long as it sounds nice. Are the wheels of the correct vintage?

Love the colour too! Also seen it on ebay, but a couple of things are confusing me. The ebay advert states it's only 2 seats, but i was under the impression that UK cars all had 4? Also the registered date is in 1999 and when typing the reg into an insurance search engine it comes up as a W126. Could it be an import?

Rear seats were an option, I prefer the storage boxes. If the loom's been done I'd definitely have a look, just run in, low owners, and a nice colour, what's not to like? Soooo much car for the money. Do bear in mind that if things do go wrong these can be expensive, but if the history (with supporting docs) is good, I'd be there today if I wanted another 500.

PS I think the wheels might be reps, can't see properly from the pics.
