would a C36 bodykit fit on a C43?

I'm really really considering an upgrade to a C43 so I can have the V8 rumble but I much prefer the bodykit that's fitted to a C36 than the C43.

Is there any problems with doing this or is it just a straight swap? I suspect the latter but wanting to make sure.

May have some trouble with the tailpipes, but why would you want too?
