Yokohama tyres - help needed!

My wife kerbed the front driver side alloy this morning of my E350 coupe and driving the car this evening with the windows down, I noticed a flapping noise so I get out to find that half the sidewall is hanging off!

The tyres that the car is fitted with at the front are Yokohama Advan Sport V103S 235/35 ZR19 XL MO but they seem impossible to find when I google it. I can only find V103 tyres...is there any difference between these and V103S or are they the same? Can't find much on the Yokohama website about any differences (if they are not one and the same).

Think they are the same as the ones that come on the C-Class/C63?

Also would it be best to swap out both fronts in view of the tread difference?

If the other front tyre is worn then replace both, either way book a good restaurant and take your wife out, also book a taxi to take you to the restaurant and then home, she will feel much better about it and you will have had an evening where both of you are relaxed and happy, win ,win

The only diference between the 103 & 103S is the S has a rim protector built in.
If you really want them you can get them from the following retailer

If the fronts are currently below 6-7mm, I'd replace them as a pair on the front. I think new ones are 8mm.

Also the alloys don't stand a chance even with the rim protectors if she's driving
