I did this on my last 211, But cant remember if you have to re calibrate the windows etc or does the main battery keep the circuit going?

I traced my AUX cable from the glove box thinking it would go across the dash to the head unit........but it doesn't. It goes down the side kick panel & off down the side of the passengers seat. Didn't go looking any further. Anyone know where it goes after that?
