Looking to replace a grey interior on a 94 SL320 with black or tan. Best place to buy or would recovering the seats in the correct colour/replace carpets be the best bet?
Thanks
Every year I take out my insurance with Directline as I find them cheapest for both cars and the house. Rather than accept the renewal though go online and get a fresh quote as if I were a new customer, and each time I save enough to make it worth my while.
That's what I did last month when...
Really stuck on what to do with my Tape/CD Player.
I have a 1999 CLK230k W208, facelift version.
I like the original Merc look, I likle the wheel controls working, I like the radio station coming up on the main dash display.
If I get an aftermarket headunit, I can use MP3 CD's, iPods...
Tesco quote for 7-yr old mini for annual car recovery £26 plus £10 Tesco vouchers too = £16. They use Green Flag
Include the recovery in a Tesco insurance (we did last year) and it was something like £68 adder
Green Flag quoted directly £46. Go figure
My W124 wheels are in dire need of a reburb':o , yet I've seen these which whilst 16" instead of my current 15" look almost identical. They mention a part number of 1294000102 which doesn't seem to be valid on Inchcapes site. At the current level looks like a better deal than refurbing my...

Ive just bought COMAND-APS and CD changer and other bits for my A class. In the past buying from a German dealer was only marginally cheaper than a UK dealer.
- Now its phenomonally cheaper ... we're being right royally ripped off again, and you can't blame the fact that Germany only pay...
Take a look at the following website. Looks like a good idea to me.

The idea is that if enough people sign up to buy fuel from a particular supplier, they will be given a discount card allowing them between 5 and 10p off a litre of fuel.
No catches it would seem...

The supermarkets have alledgedly slashed petrol prices
Well my local Tesco was charging 90.9p on Monday
It had gone up to 92.9p on Tuesday and 93.9p on Wednesday despite no rise in oil prices
Today they have cut 4p a litre off due to the falling price of oil. That puts it at 1p a litre...

Costing circa £30K + in 96 this has retained 10% of it's value. Rust is making the value of pre-mobilolife's cars fall out of bed.

Any help would be greatly appreciate, i'm lookin for a CD changer to install in my car.

Hi all,
I got a quote for some SLK facelift sideskirts today and it was blinking pricey imo; £365 for a couple of bits of (unpainted) plastic.
I was wondering if the parts would be cheaper if i could get them from mainland europe. (since servicing seems a lot cheaper). if so...
