I bought a BMW Z4 a couple of weekends ago but the paint looks a bit tired with classic swirl marks on every panel.
It's black and just needs a good detailing to bring it back to life I think.
So as the title says, could anyone recommend a good detailer in Essex (preferably close to...
Hi,
I'm CliveP, based in Burton on Trent - just bought a 60 plate SLK 200K in Red, love it - best 'gamble' I've ever taken on my cars.
Any of you into detailing may know I'm a mad keen detailer, and whilst it's not what I do for a living I do quite a lot of training stuff with Autobrite...
Just washed my car - starting with the wheels. Utterly filthy, black with dust, mud, poo, you name it. Cleaned the spilt veg oil off with Simoniz Alloy Cleaner (black bottle - seems to be an end of line product). OK so far?
Yeah - so I tried it on the spilt oil around the filler cap. Wow -...

Hi All,
I am about to buy a E350 cdi Coupe and wondered if I should go for their (MB dealer) paint and interior treatment or go for some detailer supplied equivalent service that will offer better protection (if that is possible)
MB dealer wants to charge a few Hundred for the work

I've noticed that dirt is starting to collect in the nooks and crannies around the V8 Kompressor badges on the front wings. Was planning to buy a new toothbrush and use the old one to clean the dirt out when I spotted this on sale at Aldi from Sunday. Thinking it might be worth checking out...
Looking to have my black 2008 SLK professionally detailed and protected for the winter. Can anyone recommend a detailer in the Oxford area that I can take it to (lack of suitable garage to have it done at home)
Thanks in advance.
I know the above doesnt have any protecting properties its literally just something to make the car look mega slick.. I used to talk to a detailer quite a bit and into it myself and i always keep my car as clean/polished and well looked after as i can.. most weekends mind! he used a product for...
Hi, A friend has just bought a very low mileage R107. Apparently, it is in exceptionally good condition but he wants to take it a step further and have it thoroughly valeted. He is in the South Bucks area. Can anyone suggest who he should call?
Looking at current car care products, there are a number of products called Quick Detailers. What exactly are these? Is is a final product to apply after you have washed and dried your car, or is it something you use instead of washing?
Cleaned the car last weekend, 5 days and 300mls later a quick spray with the detailer and a buff and incredable! Bugs simply wiped away, road dirt wiped away, shine back, excellent product
