Hey! Just wondering i anyone knows if the c180 w202 99 mod has a limited slip diff. And if castrol 75W-140 without lsd additive is a suitable oil, if its not a lsd of course.

I have a mate with an 02 C220 cdi which has a whining diff, when he bought it, it had a diff oil leak so he replaced all the seals.. However over time it's started to whine badly.... So does he just replace the diff, complete axle (from a breakers) or what?? Advice please... Cheers
