I need some advice, I have the seller's account number but not IBAN and BIC. It's an automated thing sent through giving me his bank account number and looks like sort code. Do I wait until he gives me his IBAN and BIC or can these be generated from a bank at this end. Advice please.

I have started seeing a few Mercedes, Golfs, Porsches etc with replica pressed steel German style number plates, with the UK registration number. They actually look good. But are they legal. Does anyone on here have them?
