headrest

This is a strange one, the passenger headrest wont go down. Yet when u fold the seat forward ( clk 320 w209) it retracts. This must mean its not the motor... any ideas on how to fix it??

Hi, Does anyone know of a good headrest mount for a rear seat portable DVD player to go in the W204 Coupe? The headrest are built into the seat back so the standard types on Amazon etc. won't work.
