Nice car, but any one know what important head gasket mod he is on about??

Its basically a new design of head gasket with reinforced sections adjacent to the oilways on the exhuast side that always end up leaking. MB had to replace the original design after a high failure rate. Cars with even less then 50K miles had the problem. The cost of this repair is around the £1k mark, and it is worth checking before you buy to see if the work has been done.

Im 99% sure this is the same car that was on ebay a few months back, had a plate egg1 or somethign like that on it.
