It appears to be a bit of a mix and match kit.

Front bumper is definately Carat. Rear bumper isn't the same as my Carat one, though.
Side skirts may be Carat.

Cheap car, considering the kit must be worth that alone

It`s leather John but being prefacelift it`s not worth much,at least in my view
