Wish I could oblige, Pammy, but I only live 20 miles away, and an overnight would raise questions from Mrs doofus (who apparently has something better to do that come to the GTG :confused: )

The Abbey's a nice hotel, stayed there a few times and their restuarant good.

Won't be staying over but will be there Saturday from around 11.00am.

Paid for it now coz I used Nectar and got it for £60 plus 2500 points - but only proviso is you pay now - and no cancellation/refund possible. So this had better happen or I'll be well wicked off!

Only kidding.
Will get the mrs to book it later today or tomorrow.
Better tell them to get extra supplies of that funny blue stuff you drink in;) :D

My Kiddo's in a Cup game, weather permitting, but Me San and Cameron, could be there for Lunch time festivities

Looks like it could be a good turn out and plenty of faces I haven't met yet. Cool.
 
hi all, just spoken to the management at Studley Castle and all is well for the 18th March - sat, 11am to 5pm. there will be as mentioned a bar/lounge available for drinks and a bar menu for food and of course toilet facilities. alot of possibles still on the list but hope to see more definites as the next 2 weeks pass :) thanks to everyone so far for the interest in the GTG, we will be parking in the rear car park however i have been assured that we will be able to move round to the front for some more pleasing photo's of the day. i look forward to seeing you all soon ;)
