19" AMG Alloys question.

My 2013 C207 (facelift model) had 19" seven twin spoke polished alloys fitted by the dealer before I bought it as Ex demo and prior to selling it I swopped one the rears for an alloy I bought from ebay with a slight mark on it. The part No on the alloy I removed is A21240 14702.
My new C207 has the same alloys factory fitted, hence the removal of the good alloy from previous car, but the part No on the alloy is A21240 11900.
They are both 8.5J 19 ET44 ,one is made in Poland and the other in Germany.
Are these two alloys the same or did the dealer fit the wrong alloys on my 2013 car ??

It is not clear from EPC what the difference between these two wheels are. - they are same size, available in same colours, but seem to be listed separately, and valid for same vehicles.

Are both wheels stamped "Ronal"?

Could be a possibility that either MB used 2 different suppliers OR if both are made by same supplier then the supplier has used a different factory for production. If part nums are different then I would be inclined to think that in your scenario MB has used 2 different suppliers!

Looked at "Alloy Wheels Direct " and this particular alloy is no longer available to buy ,but on checking the part number is Front & Rear alloy wheels: 19x8.5" ET44
Wheel part number: AMG B66031508
Additional alloy part number: A2124014702
The polished face and black painted 7 spoke wheels are listed :- Front & Rear alloy wheels: 19x8.5" ET44
Wheel part number: AMG A21240119007X23
Additional alloy part number: A2124014702 B66031501

Both part numbers are for the same wheel with , I assume , the "X23" on the end for the black finish.

It's not a different offset for the front and rear axle is it?

No, both ET44 although tyre widths are different front & back.
