Hi

The central locking and soft close is working on the doors but not the boot lid. It closes but doesnt pull in fully. Any ideas? Thanks, Andy.

I am not an expert on the subject, but it could be that the lock mechanism has moved slighlty. Check if the 2 screws holding it are tight. It is possible that the mechanism has moved slightly even if the screws are tight.

I had this problem with mine, pull the soft close fuse in the boot fuse box and re-insert it.

Tried this but to no avail, tried leaving the fuse out for 30 seconds. Any idea if there is any reason why the boot will not close fully but the doors do. Could it be the amount of pressure or lack of it from the pump? Thanks

Mine was caused by my daughter pulling the boot shut using the boot latch to do it. I stripped oput the locking mechanism and it still would not close.
I then disconnected the soft close pump in the boot, and it worked. I thought that pulling the fuse would do the same, maybe by disconnecting the pump it gave it a full 'reboot'

Thanks for the advice, how do I get to the pump?
